At a meeting of Creditors, duly convened under the provisions of "Tho Debtors and Creditors Act, 1875," and held at tho Courthouse, Balclntha, on tho 25th clay of July, 1877, it was resolved by a majority in number and three-fourths in value of the Creditors present personally or by proxy, that the Creditors beingsatisfied that the wholo of tho property of the said William Ayson has been given up to his Trustees for the benefit of his Creditors : It is hereby declared that the Liquidation has closed, and ib is resolved that the said Liquidation shall bo deemed io have been closed at and after the date of this resolution. It is hereby further notified that at a Meeting of Creditors of the said William Ayson, held this day at the Courthouse, Baiclutha, it was resolved that the said William Ayson bo discharged from all debts, claims, and demands payable under the Liquidation, and that such discharge was then and there granted to tho said William Ayson-, by his Creditors present at tho said meeting, personally or by proxy.
