In hereditary rheumatism, after bath-tig the affected parts with warn, salt water, Holloway's Ointment should bo well i-übbod upon tho spot, that ' it may penetrate* on tho deeper vessels and nerved which being excited, cause both pain and swol--nv-*. Holloway's treatment has the merit of removing the disease without debilitating tho constitution, which was tho inovitablo iosult of tho bleeduig, mercury, and tolchicum practice formerly adopted in these complaints.
