The Public are hereby informed that on and after Ist JULY, all GOODS sent to be forwarded by Rail, particulars must be given and receipts obtained therefor on Government form of consignment and receipt notes issued by the Department, and Goods will not be received for transmission otherwise than on theso foims, which may bo obtained by applying to Goods f Manager's office, the only exception being -i those goods for shipment accompanied by the usual shipping ordor. Monthly credit will also be withdrawn from the above date, and in future all c accounts will be rendered weekly (except on shipping traffic, when accounts will bo * * rendered immediately after the loading or discharging of the vessel), and must bo paid within five' days thereafter.
