TT E N II V DRIVER has been instructed by the Trustees of the Estate of William Guthrie Maitland to sell by auction, at Watson's Hotel, Highstreet, Dnnedin, on Monday, Kith Jnly, at 2.30 o'clock, the following properties : — BALCLUTHA— Section G, block IV., A. M'Neil's subdivision, containing 20 poles Section 13, block A, A. M'Neil's subdivision, containing quarter of an acre Sections 8, 9, and 21, block VII., Barr's subdivision, containing 2 roods 37 poles (corner sections) GRANTON EXTENSION— Section 1, block H. , containing 1 rood 5 poles (corner section) Section 20, block 11. , containing quarter of an acre HELENSBOROUGH— Sections 1 and 2, block IV., containing half an acre (corner sections) KAITANGATA— Section 3, block XXX., adjoining Telegraph Station, and containing quarter of an acre. Also, at same time and place, on behalf of tho said Trustees, in exercise of the powers of sale vested in them under mortgage :— Sections 47 and 48, block XVII., Balclutha, containing 18 acres 1 rood 24 poles. These sections were cut up by the mortgagors into a township called Birnam, a plan of which will be given to the purchaser Section 142, Waikari district, containing 10^ acres.
