Pursuant to "The Trustee Relief Act 1862," notice is hereby given that all creditors or any other persons having any claims against the estate of WillianigFerguson, late of the Molyneux, in the Province of Otago, settler deceased, who died at the Molyneux aforesaid, on the 25t.h December, 1875, and administration of whose personal estate was granted to Edward Bowes Cargill, of Dunedin, aforesaid Mechant, hy the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Dunedin, are hereby required to send in writing the particulars of their claims to the undersigned, Edmund Peel Kenyon, the Solicitor of the said Edward i Bowes Cargill, at the office of the said Ed- | round Peel Kenyon, Eldon Chambers, j Princes- street, Dunedin, aforesaid, on or before the 4th day of September, 1876 And notice is hereby also given, that at the expiration of the la^tmentioned day, tbe said Edward Bowes Cargill will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Ferguson amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the said Edward Bowes Cargill shall then have had notice.
