CREAGH & CO. are instructed by the Tmstees in the Estate of Mr John Knox to offer by public auction, at their rooms. Tapanui, on Wednesday, the Oh August, immediately after Government Land Sale, 135 acres and 9 poles (more or less) of splendid agricultural land in the Greenvale district, being section 12, block VIII,, seven miles from T-tpanui. ' The land lies along the Pomahaka River for about three-quarters of a mite, and is a'i, excepting the river frontage, fenced with a first-class fence/consisting oi three sods, three wires, and twp ditches. Main roads skirt two sides of the property, and the land ia almost level, there not being an inch of it that cannot be ploughed ; and, like all the land in the same district, will raise any kind of cron in abuidance.'
