# TH3 MATTER OF THE ESTATE JtF \ ALEXANDER STEWART AND jgfeN \ GOW, MERCHANTS. / Tf^TQTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by a _L^l ' Deed, bearing date th« ninth diy of February, one thousand eight hundred apd seventyBixj and made between Alexander Stewart and John Gow, both of Balclutha, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, Merchants (lately carrying "on business there; together in co« partnership, under the style or firm t>f *' Stewart and Gflw,") of the first part j .the said Alexander Steward, carrying on business at Balclutha aforesaid as a Merchant, under the style or firm of " A.\stewart and Co,? of the second part} ■William* Charles Roberts, of Duaedin, in the said Province of Otago, Bank Manager, and James Taylor Mackerrai, of Dunedin aforesaid, Merchant $n the said/Deed referred to as the said Trustees,) of the third part ; and all and singular the^joint and several Creditors of the said Alexander Stewart and John Gow, trading as aforesaid, laid all and singular {the Creditors of the said Alexander Stewart, trading as "A. Stewart and C&?' who] shall execute or assent to, and become ibound by, such Deed, of the fourth part : -tha- said Alexander Stewart and John. Gow corweyijsd and assigned all and singular the real personal estate of them, and eachof theraieitheias members* of t3w said copartnership} firm ot in their own individual right, unt«fthe said^.William Charles Roberts and Jamesf Taylor Mkckerras, upon trusts for sale, conversion, and distribution for the benefit of the Crj&diters of the Alexander Stewart and John Gow, as theiein mentioned. And Notice is hereby also given^- that the said Deed is now lying at the office Jof the umdersigned, ■where It may, during the nox\ twenty-eight days, be examined and executed by, Creditors of the said Alexander Stewait and John Gow, or either x>f them, who may be desirous of coining in under and availing themselves of, the benefit of such Deed. And Notice is hereby further given, that any Creditor who shall neglect or refuse to execute or assent to the said Deed, wiQ be absolutely barred and excluded from participating in any benefit which may be derived therefrom.
