THURSDAY, lO.h FEBRUARY, Commencing at 11 o'clock, on the Ground Ti/rARTIN, MAITLAND, & CO. have been favored with instructions from Robert Hamilton, Esq., as he has decided upon leaving New Zealand, to sell by auction, on the above date (unless previously disposed of by private treaty)— That Magnificent Estate known as " ROZELLE," containing 640 acres, or thereabouts, situated on the sheltered side of Long Bush and having a beautiful northern aspect. The whole property i« substantially fenced and subdivided into 13 paddocks. 100 acres now under crop, and 260 acres laid down in English grass and clover ; 40 acres splendid bush. The remainder is in its natural state.
