The field is for a triweekly issue, if not daily, under an enterprising owner. The premises are freehold, and possess every convenience. The plant is large and complete, including steam-machine, stereotyping plant, and every recent improvement in the trade for newspaper and jobbing purposes. The business includes bookselling, stationery, and large job-print-ing traders. Satisfactory reasons given for placing so valuable a property in the market as is seldom to be met with in the colonies.
