They, continue, however, to come in slowly. They are-worth, wholesale, 4s lOd to ss'2d. Wheat is in fair 'supply with a moderately good demand. It is coming in steadily and in very good condition. Quotations — prime quality/ 4s 2d to 4s 4d ; medium, 3s lOd to , 4s. For'barley there is really no demand. It is quoted nominally at 4s to 4s 3d. Bran which is very scarce, is selling at £710s. Retail.—Cheese reported scarce, is quoted at Is ; eggs also scarce, Is 6d; potatoes, 10s •to *-12s ;: flour, . 3d; butter plentiful at Is; ham.
