THE COLONIAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. -j^TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN tha., Pursuant to the Deed of Settlement of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a Specia GENERAL MEETING of tbe Proprietors of the said B*nk will be held at the Masonic Hall, Moray Place, Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, on Wednesday, the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eeventy-four, at two o'c'ock, p.m., for the purpose of E'ect ! ng Seven Directors and Two Auditors, to be the first Directors and Auditors of the said B-mk. And that every Proprietor who is possessed of three hundred shares at the least in the capital of the said Bank, and shall become a candidate for the office of Director, must give notice thereof to the Board of Directors, in writing, to be left at tbe offices of the said Bank, ia High-street, Dunedin aforesaid thirty days at least before the day of Election.
