LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL Public Notice of Proposed Applieation for Sanetion of Loan NOTTCE is hereby given that the Levin Borough Council proposes at its meeting to be held on Monday, the 16th day of Janugry, 1950, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanetion to the borrowing of a sum not exceeding £6000, for the purposes of meeting the costs of subdivision of the land described in the Second Schedule of the Levin Borough Empowering (Piayford Park) Act, No. 10, 1948. It is proposed to seek sanetion to the borrowing of the money by way of Bank Overdraft for the period ending jviarch 31, 1951, and owing to the short term of the proposed loan, it is not proposed to levy a security rate. The loan charges will be met out of the proceeds of the sale of the sections in the subdivision. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Levin Borough Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
