NATIONAL TROOPS REPORTED IN INDO-CHINA
SINGAPORE, Dec. 28. The anti-French Vietnam radio claimed in a broadcast heard in Singapore, that more than 30,000 Chinese Na-. tionalist troops led by General Pai Chunghsi, had erossed the border into north Tonking. The broadcast added that 10,000 of these tropps had alreadv , joined Freneh garrisons along the bord- ' er.
