Large Crowd Sees Hunter Shield Sports
There was an excellent attendance at the Shannon Domain on Tuesday eve'ning to witness the first Hunter Shield fixture to be held here this season. Competition was very keen and those, preseht Witnessed first class per--fbrn¥anG'es in -all events. Otaki secured a victory with 80 points. Levin were second with 71 points, Shannon thibd with 25 points and Foxton, Who Were represented4* by a -sinai! teain secured 5 points. The public was again generous in its contributions and the collection netted £9 13s 8d.
