Holiday Shopping Hours
Shops in Levin will close on Friday night and not reopen until the following Wednesday morning over both the Christmas and New Year weekends. Enquiries yesterday revealed varied closing times for the Friday nights. Butchers' premises will close at 4.30 p.m. and grocefs at 8.30 p.m. on both occasions, The majority of the other shops are remaining open until 9.30 p.m. this Friday, but on the same night next week close at 9 p.m.
