WELLINGTON, Dec. 16. ' Copies' Of lingerprints sent from Wellington to New Scotland Yard, ijondon, by radio photogiaijh had ponliinied the identity of two accused, said Bergennt J. Colclough, in the Magistrate 's (Jourt, Wellington, today. William John Ulark, aged 28, a ship's rigger, and Wilham Ronaid . Rosengrave, aged '27, a seaman, . pleaded guilty to stowing awuy in the Cressihgfon Court at Liverpool, and not guiity to charges that being prohibited immigrants they iauded unlawfully in , New -Zealand. ' They were urdered by t Mr. "Hessellj S.M., to be deported and seilt'eneed to an intrim teriii of imprisonmeiit not exeeeding six months. Ace.dsed said in evidence that they did not admit the second charge because they had be^n landed in New Zealand by'the police after being arrested while the ship was in Wellington harbour. For the Orown, Alr. W. R. Biiks said accused had admitted in statements to the'poli^e that they Jiad stowed away because of a desire to start a new life in New Zealand. Both men had lists of convictions overseas.
