Hosing is prohibited unless a person shall be in eharge thereof and actually holding the hose m his hand during the time it is being used. 2. Hoses must not be left running unattended, day or night. 3. All ' wastage, in the form of leaking taps, ball-cocks and other fittings, must be eliminated. The above matters are principally the causes of the present shortage of water. There is ample supply for the reasonable use of all.
