Levin-Waitarere Surf Club To Open On Sunday
• ♦ Sdrf teams from the Wellington, Paekakariki, Himitangi and Foxton clubs- will be attending the official opening of the LevinWaitarere Surf Life-saving Club, to be field at Waitarere Beacfi ofi Sunday afternoon. Tfie; club patron, Dr. S. J. Thompson, will open the season at 2.30 p.m. and the official party will probably include the member for the Adistrict, Mr. J. J. Maher, his recent opponent, Mr. J. J. D. Capstick, an'd the Mayor and Mayoress, Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Burdekin.
