White, overseas production adviser to tHe Dunlop Rubber Companv, wlio arrived on a business visit by the Mono- 1 wai today. • ; Mr. ■ Wtli'ite said that although petrol r-t trictions in various parts of the world — there was current talk he added, Of rationing being introdueed in South Africa — had some mfluence on the tyre market in those areas, ^he overall tyre business was doing as well as ever.
