Twenty-one Killed When Plane Crashes

Received Tuesday 10.10 p.m. LONDON, Dee. 13. Reuter's Karachi correspondent reports that all 21 passengers and four of a erew, are believed killed .when a Pakistan Airways Dakota crashed 36 miles from Karachi. A Civil Aviation Department offieial said two Pakistani Generals were on board. The, wreekage of the plane has been loc'ated in a ravine but search parties have not yet reaclied the s'cene.
