It makes most interesting, informative and revealing reading, " said the Prime Minister elect, hlr Holland, at a Press conference tonight when he was asked whether the report of the j New Zealand Minister in charge of the Moseow Legation would be made public. Mr Holland added that the doeument twas a eonfiaential one which had,. been fmade to the old Government. "I should not think it will be /nade publie, " he said. | Replying to another question.
