PUBUC NOT1CES , LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice of Special Order NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Levin Borough Couneil, held on the llth day of November, 1949, a resblution was passed, the purport of which is as follows: — 1. That a Special Loan of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Bounds (£8,500) to be known-.as the, "Levin Borough Sewerage Loan No. 1 (1949)" be raised by the Levin Borough Couneil for the purpose of purchasing earthernware pipes for use in connection with the provigion of a sewerage scheme for the Borough of Levin, as required by a requisition issued under Section 22 of "The Healtn Act, 1920." 2. Prescribing the term of the said Special Loan and the rate of interest payable thereon. 3. Prescribing the terms of repayment of the said Special Loan. 4. Prescribing that the payment of interest and repayment of principal shall be made in New Zealanc|, and that no portion of interest /or repayment shall be paid out of loan-moneys. 5. Prescribing the rate payable for brokerage, underwriting and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan. 6. Prescribing the Special Rate that will be levied over the Borough as security for the said Special"> Loan. And Notice is Hereby Given that the resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a Special Meeting of the Levin Borough Couneil to be held in the Couneil Chambers, Bath Street, Levin, at noon on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1949.
