The Associated Press' Karachi correspondent says that the British High Commissioner in Pakistan has refused to grant visas to officers of the Chinese Nationalist Army bound for Hong Kong. So far about 250 have reached Pakistan from S-inkiang Province and still more are arriving. They hold Chinese Nar.ionalist Government passports witli visas for Pakistan. The Karachi Government is now faced with the problem as their transit period in Pakistan is expiring in two or three days' time.
