Chiang Invited To Resume Presidency
Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. HONG KONG, Dec. 6. The majority of the Chinese legislators 'and National Assembly members in Tanwan have asked Generalissimo Chiang Kai-sbek immediately to resume,, the -posk of President, according to thevoffieial Central News' Agency, which said that Generalissimo Chiang is at resent directing the war in Chengtu. The decision was based on the "present crisis and the absemce of the acting President, Mr. Li Tsung Jen, who is en route to America for medical attention.
