Fine And Healthy Children. ^ _ "I have v. never seen finer or healthier children in England than in the past six months," said the Rev. E. O. Blamires, who recently returned from a sojourn in England, in an address to the palmerston North Rotary Club yesterday. Excellent meals were made available at school for the children, who were provided with meat on three days out of four, said Mr. Blamires. On the fourth day a vegeterian meal combined was on the menu. In addition milk was provided for the pupils, so that a healthy diet was aiways available, . (
