NEW YORK, Deo. 2. Fires or explosions in five widely seprated aections of the United States today caused fiye deaths and did extensive damage. Mrs. Lucilie Moore, aged 25, and her two baby gons were trapped in their beds and died when a fire destroyed thei Inez, Kentuoky, home. Two of 53 guests in an hotel at Supuipa, Oklahoma, are missing after. fire destroyed the hotel and several other buildings, causing damage estimated at £1,000,000 dollars. An early morning gas explosion ripped open a street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, causing damage to gas, water maius nad buildings to the extent of nearly 1, 000,000 dollars. A fire in a plaatics. factory at Barlerton, Ohio, gave off furaes that sent 26 firemen to hospital.
