WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. An analysis of the General Election voting shows that 86.12 per cent. of the European roll exercised the franchise. This figure does not include abscntee, postal and deciaration votes which tpay approximate 61,000. If this number is added to the total. Votes, the percentage will be just ou 91.
