As the Solent flying-boat Aotea:oa II passed over Malta on her lelivery flight to Tasman Empire Alrways she signalled a message So Princess Elizabeth, who chris-f-ned the boat at Belfast in May. Signed by Captain I- Patterson, :he message said the crew "submit heir humble duty to Your Royal Eiighness and are proud and happy Lf.i have the privilege of flying this :;n at aircraft." Princess Ehzabeth signalled in renlying, wishing the crew "a very ; asant flight to Auckland."
