WELLINGTON, Nov. 30. "The people have given their deeision. Labour has always believed in democracy and we accept that decisiou with good graee," said Mr Fraser tonight. I' am sure our people here will do their utmost to assist their kinsfoik in the Old Country." Mr Fraser said difficult times would face Mr. Holland and his colleagues. He wished .them well so long as they ser.ved the best. interests of the people.
