LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice Of Speciai Order NOTICE is hereby given that, at a Speciai Meeting of the Levin Borough Council, held on the 11th day of November, 1949, a resolution was passed, the purport of which is that the name of "Quinn Street," within the Borough of Levin, shall be altered to "Quinn's Road." And Notice is Hereby Further Given that the resoluti^ will be submitted for confirmation as a Speciai Order at a Speciai Meeting of the Levin Borough Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin, at noon on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1949. LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice to Speciai Order NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Speciai Meeting of the Levin Borough Council, held on the 11th day of November, 1949, a resolution was passed, the purport of which is as follows: — 1. That a Speciai Loan of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (£16,500), to be known as the "Levn Borough Municipal Gasworks Loah (1948)" be raised by the Levin Borough Council for the purpoSe of purchasing and erecting a new gas holder, purchasing and installing a station meter at the Gasworks, and extending and improving the gasworks reticulation. 2. Prescribing tjie term of the said Speciai Loan and the rate of interest payabie thereon. 3. Prescribing the terms of repayment of the said Speciai. Loan. 4. Prescribing that the payment of interest and repayment of principal -shall be made in New Zealand, and that no portions of interest or repayment shall be paid out of loan-moneys. 5. Prescribing the rate payabie for brokerage, underwriting and procuration fees in -respect of the raising of the said loan. 6. Prescribing the Speciai Rate that will be levied over the Borough as se.curity for the said Speciai Loan.
