Civic Theatre
Columbia's "Singin' in the Oorn, starring Judy Canova at the Civic Theatre tomorrow, is a lively musical comedy with four catchy tunes made to order for the screen's number one "Clamoir Girl." In the second attraction, Columbia's "Paula," Glenn Ford is harking back to the meaty type of role that made him one of the most popular young male stars on the Hollywood scene. - It's somewhat reminiscent of his Johnny Farreli in "Gilda." He's a tough mining en'gineer but sensitive to the influence of women. -
