Germany, a Wbstern German Govefnmeht fepokesmen said today. He added that his Government shared the vieiv that .the cohtiriued presenee bf the occunation troops was in Germany's interest, "however much bf a nuisance such troops are to the country." , The spokesman added that the Western German Government supported the Western Powers' view beeatise of the arming of the SoViet Zone's German police and the fnilitary significanee of the appoihtment of Marshal Rokossovsky as commander-in-chief of the Polish Army and Pblish Defence Minister. ■ Speaking in Paris tonight, the Prench Poreign Mihister, M. Robert Schuman, said that the Big Three Powers had not modifled either the German Statute of Occupation or ihe prohibition of certain German manufacturers — chiefly war materials — during their recent Paris Conference. M. Schuman said that the decisions on dismantling which the Big Three had taken presunposed German reciprocity, but details could not be discldsed. '
