Received Tuesday, 9 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 14. Mr. John Logan, American head of the Joint Export and Import Agency of Germany, who arrived in London today from Japan where he has been advising General MacArthur, said: "Japanese trade is to be patterned on that of Germany. The time has come to hand over the rigid control of General MacArthur's administration to ihdividual Japanese. "Britain need not worry about Japanese textile exports. They are producing only cheap silk. If their industries are re-established they will be in a position to import British goods."
