Getting £400 Yearly To Sign Attendance Book?
AUCKLAND, Nov. 11. An allegation that in a certain Government Department a trade union secretary draws £400 per year merely for signing tlie attendance book was made in an election address last night by Mr. W. H. Fortune, National eandidate for Eden. "He has been getting it for fiYe years," said Mr. Fortune. "We only need a few more details and the story will be announced."
