China As Moscow's No. 1 Satellite

Received Tuesday 8 p.m. PARIS, Nov. 8. The Paris weekly journal Du Dimanche publishes an article under a Peking dateline which says that Mr Stalin has given the former Russian Foreign Minister, Mr Molotov, a "delicate mission of making Mao Tse Tung's China the number one satellite." According to the article Mr Molotov spent several months in Mukden recently conferring with the Chinese Communist leaders and organising details of the new political framework. The article also says Mr Molotov 's visit resulted in a decision to launch a five-year plan for China and a trade treaty which will be signed soon. It adds that thousands of Russian technicians have been sent to Communist China to direct the civil administration, army, police and air force.
