BATAVIA, Nov. 3. Netherlands Army personnel in Indonesia will be repatriated to Holiand within six months of the transfer of sovereigntv to the United States of Indonesia, said the commander-in-chief (General Buurman van Yreeden) in a broadcast tonight. The technieal oiffieulties in army repatriation were very intricate and the speed of repatri Uion depended upon availability of shippingj and other factors.
