Undefr the will of the late Mr. George Woods, who died at Mana- , kau - on September 27, 1949, the Puhlie Trustee is appointed trust'ee and executor. The will provides for the residue of the estate to go to the New Zealand Returned Services' Associatipn (headquarters) for generally assisting New Zealand memibers of the Secon'd New Zealand Expeditionary Force who have heen wholly or parfcially disabled in the Second World War. , 1
