DEFENCE TALKS IN LONDON
Received Tuesday, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. The Norwegian and Danish Defence Ministers met the British Minister of Defence, Mr. A. V. Alexander, in London today to approve plans bringing into being the North European Group of the Atlantic Pact. Most of the organisation and structure of the group has already been worked out. Diplomatic quarters expect that South European, West European and North Atlantic Ocean groups will hold inaugural meetings in London next month.
