TRADE PACT WITH JAPAN
Received Tuesday, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. The final touches are being put to a ' finance and trade agreement between Japan and Britain and ihe Commonwealth countries which will provide for the flow of trade estimated at £65,000,000 in each direction. It is stated in London that the agreement may be signed this week.
