Murphy Disqualified In Bout With Wouters
Received Tuesday, 12.10 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. Roy Wouters, the Canadian cowboy middleweight, tonight beat Bos Murphy, former Empire middleweight champion, who was disqualififed in the third Tound. Murphy was in trouble from succesMve punches to the head. After being warned, Murphy was disqualified when Wouters was on 'ihe canvas holding both gloves over his stomach. Wouters took the place of Vince Hawkins, who had to withdraw from the fight because of boils. At the weigh-in Wouters scaled 11st i 7|-lbs. and Murphy lOst. 131bs.
