Loyal Nurse Wins N.Z. Trotting Cup
Saturday's race tor the New Zealand Jubilee Trotting Cup was one of the finest in the history of the race and the winner was Loyal Nurse decisively from Captam Sandy which jitst got up to beat Lady Averil. The weather was fine, the Addington track was fast, Loyal Nurse' s time for the distance — i.12 1-5 — was the second fastest winning time for the race and also world .record time for a mare.
