Ac- i cused were Arcliibald Walter Banks. j aged 37, chemist, and Brian Douglas ! Banks, aged 24. Detective F. A. Gordon, of Masterton,: stated in evidenee there liad been an ; epidemie of safebreaking in the Mus terton district.
