Levin Club Ends Season With Team Shoot

The Levin Miniature Rifle Club held its last shoot of the season on Monday night after a very successful year, snooung ihroughout bfcing of a very iiigh sianctard. On Monday night the cmb shot a teams' march, there being six teams with four members in each. 'ihe ladies took charge oi' the ^evening and creait was extended \> them. by the president, Mr. M. de L. Wright, for the way m wnich tney organised their work. Ihe men did the good job of maxing" supper and in aii tne evening was a greau success. L. Humphrey 1, A. Heayns 2. Poroutawaho Club. The final monthly competition shoot of the Poroutawhao club resulted in a win for H. A. Carle with 794.31 points. Mrs. S. L. Lumsden was close behind with a taliy of 793.52, with Miss C. Peneilum C793. 43 ) and P. H. Knsby (792.25 J gaining third and fourth places respectively. Some excelient scores were recorded in the preiiminary shoots, A. F. Carle and K. A. and F. J. Graham each scoring the possibie. The Renkin Buttons were won by P. B. Bartholomew and F. J Graham.
