Algie in the House of Represen tatives as to control over tlie h&iidliug of cooked food, the Minister of Health Mihs Howard, said educational classes for food handlers liad been arranged and would be held throughout tln cuuntry. The staft's of delicatessen,and similar sliops would be indueed to ai tend. The problem could best be deal' with by education. Miss Howard said she was in favoui of action being taken agaiust those re sponsible in all histances of impure sub stances being found in foodstuffs. "I1 is unbelievable some of the filth which is found in food today," said the Min ister.
