Bill To Let Belgians Vote On King's Return

Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. BRUSSELS, Oct. 11. The Joint Parliamentary Committee today approved the flnal draft of a Bill providing for a referendum on King Leopold's return to the Throne. The 23 Social Christian (Catholic) members of the joint committee voted in favour of the Biil. The 13 Socialist members voted against it and the five LiberaJs abstained. ■The Bill will be debated in the Senate on October 25 and later in the Chamber of Deputies.
