Missing Cars Burnt.

• A £300 car removed from the Mount Wellington highway after midnight was found at 6 a'.m. yesterday, completely burnt, at Tamaki. It belonged to Mr. D. R. McLean, of Whitianga, and was the second car. .taken and burnt in the sarpe locality within a week. Last Ftiday one owned by Mr. J. Mulholland, of Panmure, was removed and diseovere'd badly damaged by fire at Tamaki. Thieves also tampered with a car owne'd by Mr. A. B. Dixon, Labour candidate for the Otahuhu seat -in Parliament, while he was addressing a political meeting .on Wednesday night.
