The Governor of the 40th (New Zealand) District of Rofary International, Mr. R. Merrett Wilkinson, of Dunedin, will be paying his officiai visit to the Levin club on Monday next. He will attend the club's luncheon and hold an assembly of members in the evening. The officiai Labour candidate for the Roskill seat at the general election will be Mr. Janies Freeman, immediate past pr'esident of the Auckland Trades Council. Roskill is at present represented by Mr. F. Langstone, who recently resigned from the Labour Party, and will contest the seat as an Independent Labour candidate. / /
