RUSSIA BREAKS WITH CHINESE NATIONALISTS
MOSCOW, Oct. 2. Moscow ra'dio announced tonight
that relations had been -established between the Soviet Government ' and the Chinese People's Central Government. It added that the 1 Soviet had broken off relations with the Chinese Nationalist Government at Canton and had decided to exchange Ambassadors with the People's Republican Government.
