MASTERTON, Sept. 26. ■A rabbiter who was preparing a c>amae gun used to poison rabbits inhaled the fumes, became ill and died in the Masterton Hospital last night. .He was John Reeves, aged 51, an employee of the Wairarapa Rab'pit Board.^ Mr. Reeves was working at Ngaumu and the accident occurred on Friday when he was filling a gun used to force the deadly fumes of gas into rabbit burrows. An inquest was held today before the district coroner, Mr. L. J. Tayior. After evidence of identification had been taken it was adjourned sine die^
