Move To Unify Judging Of Marching
An event of importance to marchers will be a conference in Wellington next Sunday of ' the chief judges of the 19 centres which comprise the New Zealand Marbhing Association. Under the chaArnffiPshiP ..qL Dominion chief judge " (Lt.-Col. G? P. O'Leary, O.B.E.), a thorough study will be made of the 1949-50 standard march plan, followed by a discussion of all phases of judging. A Wellington team will ce used for demonstration purposes. As a result of this conference, there will be absolute uniformity and a high -standard of judging throughout the Dominion during the coming season.
